Flute DAY 2026 - Morning agenda

8:00 a.m. - Check-in and Registration (Foyer)

Arrive at 8:00 a.m. to check in with the registration desk, get settled in, peruse the raffle items and buy your raffle tickets and visit vendors.

8:30 a.m. - Transition to Rehearsal spaces

Now that you're settled in, make your way to your rehearsal spaces for the morning sessions.

8:40-10:15 a.m. - Morning Rehearsals

Senior choir, directed by Kelly Mollnow Wilson: Gamble
Intermediate choir, directed by Linda Miller: Fynes
Breakout group(s), if needed: K304

10:15 - 10:30 AM - BREAK + Vendor Time (Foyer)

Take a break, rehydrate, visit our vendors.

10:30 - 11:00 AM - Workshop (Fynes)

Join Bryan Kennard for Jazz Flute 101

11:00 AM - 11:30 PM - Workshop (Fynes)

Antonio Rion will cover Flute Maintenance & Emergency Repair

11:30-12:30 p.m. - Lunch (K115)

Participants should plan on bringing their own lunch. Water, fruit and cookies will be provided. Participants are also encouraged to use this time to visit the vendor displays and purchase raffle tickets.

12:45-1:45 p.m. - Mastery class and Recital (Fynes)

Dr. Kaleb Chesnic will host four 10-minute mastery classes and perform a short recital.

1:45-1:55 p.m. - Break

1:55-2:25 p.m. - Workshop (Fynes)

2:30-3:45 p.m. - Rehearsals

Saeran has generously donated a private flute lesson for a lucky raffle prize winner! Tickets are $5 each or 3 tickets for $10.

Winner will work with Ms. St. Christopher to schedule the lesson.
